How to Return or Exchange Merchandise
Visit Vintage Havana Returns Portal. Use UPS or insured parcel post for returns. No COD accepted. Pack items securely. Refunds processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.

US Return Policy
Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt if in original condition. Shipping charges not refunded. A $9 restocking fee applies (excludes exchanges/store credit). Final sale, custom-made, undergarments, and sale merchandise are non-returnable.
International Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if in original condition. Shipping charges not refunded. A $9 restocking fee applies (excludes exchanges/store credit). Final sale, custom-made, undergarments, and sale merchandise are non-returnable.
The customer covers shipping and duties/taxes. Duties/taxes deducted from refund if applicable.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
Report within 5 days of receipt. Keep original packaging. Replacement sent upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

Contact us for availability. Exchanges accepted under standard return conditions. Exchange shipping at our expense (excludes international orders).
